We are delighted to reveal the results of a large scale welfare to work study:
2477 people out of 5096 on a welfare to work programme used an Aptem (formerly MyWorkSearch) account. The Aptem users were shown to be 43% more likely to secure a job.
This is a staggering difference in outcomes and has huge implications for a provider on a payment by results contract. It shows that when jobseekers are presented with a high quality, organised and systematic technology driven process, significantly better job outcomes are achieved.
Richard Alberg, CEO of MWS Technology, stated: “Such compelling results with a large sample size is a stunning outcome. It means that for every 100 jobs secured without Aptem, our users secured 143. As well as being easy to use, this clearly demonstrates how transformative this delivery platform can be.”
