Black Country Talent Match is celebrating a number of achievements at its ‘2 Years On’ awards event.
It has much to be proud about. This five year project supports young adults who have been out of work, education or training for a minimum of six months. Talent Match provides guidance to those who require additional support, guiding them as they overcome their specific barriers to employment. The team focuses on young adults who are furthest away from being work ready helping them to secure start up or job opportunities by improving their confidence and optimism.
MWS Technology is closely involved in the delivery of BC Talent Match’s employment programmes. Our easy-to-use Aptem platform provides the organisation with case management, performance and contract management, award-winning eLearning, job search resources, tracking, reporting and more. It is ideal for use with the unemployed young adults BC Talent Match assists. In fact a recent study reveals Aptem users are overall 38% more likely to secure employment, with those who are long-term unemployed doing even better at 63%.
BC Talent Match recently hosted a ‘2 years on’ awards evening which acknowledged the progress of the organisation. The event showcased, celebrated and awarded the successes of young people, partners, mentors and employers and MWS Technology was particularly proud to sponsor the Mentor of the Year Award.
