Maximise job opportunities by identifying all transferable skills

Many jobseekers don't maximise their job opportunities because they fail to appreciate all the Transferable Skills they have acquired from their education, work, home life, hobbies and interests.

Our in-house occupational psychology experts have created a Transferable Skills Mapper that helps learners understand and identify their entire range of skills and talents. This often reveals new capabilities that can be included in the learner's CV.

How does it work?

As well as identifying skills acquired in the workplace, our Transferable Skills Mapper also looks at the learners' lifestage events, such as education, parenthood and social activities, to reveal useful skills that can be applied in their next job

We use integrated interactive eLearning to explain why identifying Transferable Skills is important and provide a report for the learners to explain the skills identified. We then use this information to help create the learner's CVs, maximising job opportunities.

Reporting

Our Transferable Skills Mapper provides a report that the advisor can discuss with the learners when reviewing work options.
